Benton County offers a vision insurance plan sponsored by ISAC Group Benefits Program.
The vision benefits are structured to reimburse a scheduled amount for covered vision care expenses, with reimbursement being greater if you visit an in-network provider. Eye exams and lenses are covered by benefits every 12 months with a copay. Contacts are covered every 12 months with a $130 allowance. Frames are covered every 24 months with a $130 allowance.
