Complaints

To report a potential violation of the Agricultural Land Preservation Ordinance, please complete and submit a complaint to the Environmental Health & Land Use Department.

The Environmental Health & Land Use Department is responsible for enforcing the provisions of the Agricultural Land Preservation Ordinance and investigating alleged violations.

Upon receipt of a signed complaint, department staff will investigate the reported violation. If a violation is confirmed, staff will determine and initiate appropriate corrective action, which may include the issuance of a civil citation for a county infraction.
